Thank you for shopping with Omegajuicerssale. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long orders take to process, and what you can expect once your order leaves our facility.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to physical street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territory. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination. Orders placed with a shipping address outside our service area will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
This processing window gives our team time to verify the order, pick and pack the item, and hand it to the carrier during their scheduled pickup. It is separate from transit time.
Delivery Time and Carrier Selection
We select the carrier based on the destination state to provide the most reliable service available for that route. The carrier is confirmed once your order ships, and tracking details are emailed to you at that point.

Total estimated delivery = processing time + carrier transit time.
The transit times above are the carrier’s own estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, peak season volumes, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events can occasionally extend delivery beyond the estimate. When that happens, the tracking information remains the most accurate source of status.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous 48 United States. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. We do not add any handling fee at checkout.
Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on any order. No tax is calculated or added at checkout, and the price you see is the price you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address provided at checkout. You can also reach us at info@omegajuicerssale.com with your order number if you need a tracking update. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for the carrier’s tracking page to show movement.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first, then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a carrier trace.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it under our Return & Refund Policy.
